Data Retrieval Display

How It Works

The data retrieval tool is designed to show how you can gain valuable information from the air conditioning system, by using the diagnostics built in to the intelligent system. Information such as discharge and pressure sensor readings can be obtained without the use of sophisticated diagnostic software.

To use, simply select from the Data Retrieval Point drop down menu whether you want to retrieve data from the Remote Controller Display or from the Rotary Dial Data Display. Then select the type of equipment you are working on from the Systems drop down menu (example SHRMi data).

Example for rotary dial data retrieval:

To obtain Discharge Pressure Sensor data from the rotary dials simply set the rotary dials on the outdoor unit Interface PCB to:

SW01 (1)
SW02 (1)
SW03 (2)

The pressure Sensor data will be displayed in Mpa

Example for remote controller data retrieval:

To obtain Discharge Pressure Sensor data from a Header outdoor unit, access the data retrieval menu by pressing TEST & CL simultaneously for 4 seconds and once in the data retrieval menu, navigate to the required Code shown in the Code list using the temperature up and down buttons

For example, Code 0 would display Discharge Pressure Sensor data on the Header outdoor unit in Mpa.

To obtain Discharge Pressure Sensor data from a Follower outdoor unit, access the data retrieval menu by pressing TEST & CL simultaneously for 4 seconds and once in the data retrieval menu navigate to the required Code shown in the Code list using the temperature up and down buttons. The Code must be prefixed by the outdoor unit number which is referenced by * or # in the Code list.
